Armenia’s Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that he will not speak only about the mayoral elections at the rally to be held in Kapan this evening.
"I intend to speak about all the national matters accumulated during this period," the acting PM wrote on Facebook, adding that here will be an open, full and detailed conversation.
"My speech tonight will be addressed not solely to Kapan, not solely to Syunik, but also to all cities and villages of Armenia. So if you will not come to Kapan, I wait for you at 18:00, on the livestream of this Facebook page of mine," News.am cited Pashinyan as saying.
