Pashinyan proposes granting credit amnesty to farmers

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan asked the head of the republic's Central Bank Artur Javadyan to look into the possibility of granting credit amnesty to farmers.

"As a matter of fact, we can say that an effective system of anti-hail facilities does operate in Armenia today, which is a serious problem, since there had been too much talk about serious changes in this area, which actually did not  happen," ARKA cited Pashinyan as saying.

He pointed to the need to identify the reasons why the farms did not widely use the possibility of installing anti-hail grids and suggested that it was because of limited finance.
