Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that the government of the country proposed to hold negotiations of commissions on delimitation and border security on October 31.
"Armenia invited Azerbaijan to hold a meeting of the commissions on delimitation and border security on October 31," he wrote.
Pashinyan has chosen Brussels as the venue for the negotiation process.
