The Chairman of PACE, Pedro Agramunt, has expressed concern over the hostilities in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, which started yesterday.
"I am deeply concerned about the escalation of violence in Nagorno-Karabakh. I urge the parties to respect the ceasefire regime and to resume negotiations," 1news.az cites a post on his Twitter page.
