A deconfliction line between the US and Russian military is still operational but it has not been used for the transmission of any content yet, Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby said at a briefing on Wednesday.
"As far as I know, the deconfliction line is still operational. We do check it every day. I haven't heard any reports to the contrary," he pointed out.
"I also haven't heard any indications that we've had to use it to transmit any content," Kirby added. According to him, "there was no interest by the Russians.".
