Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov congratulated the head of the presidential administration of Russia, Anton Vaino, on his birthday. He published greetings on his page in the VKontakte social network.
Kadyrov characterized Vaino as a loyal ally of the Russian leader and stressed that the politician had done a serious work at the diplomatic service and in the highest echelons of power.
