Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has commented on Amnesty International’s statement that Russia might accept refugees from the East, noting that the migration crisis is an internal problem of the EU.
"The current situation with refugees is a very acute problem now for the countries of the European Union rather than for Russia,’’ Tass cites him as saying.
Dmitry Peskov added that he didn’t want to speak about the influx of refugees to Europe, as it is "a problem for the EU countries individually and the European Union as a whole."
