Russian Presidential press-secretary Dmitry Peskov stated today that Vladimir Putin is not going to meet with Foreign Minister of Turkey Feridun Sinirlioglu, who will arrive in Russia on Thursday, September 17.
At the same time Peskov stressed that the Turkish Foreign Minister will hold talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
