‘‘Expenses for the operation in Syria are included in the annual financing of the Defense Ministry. Consequently, it doesn’t affect the Russian budget,’’ the head of the Kremlin's press service Dmitry Peskov said.
‘’Due to unexpected inspections and full-scale military trainings, these expenses aren’t a burden for the Russian budget. The current expenses are not beyond the regular budget of the Ministry of Defense,’’ RIA Novosti cites him.
