Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that he did not rule out the possibility of contacts between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President-elect Donald Trump before the latter's inauguration.
"I do not know whether any contacts between President [Putin] and Trump will take place before the inauguration. I do not know, but certainly it can not be ruled out. Congratulatory message has already been sent," Peskov said in an interview with the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper.
