The United States is actually waging an economic war with Russia, the Russian President's spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said.
"The US has undoubtedly declared economic war on Russia, and they are waging it. It is de facto true", he said.
Peskov noted that the situation on the world energy markets is developing turbulently, and it is not known "to what degree of turbulence it will reach", TASS reports.
