Russian President Vladimir Putin’s forthcoming message to the Federal Assembly will include the social backbone, like the previous ones, the presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"Each presidential message to the Federal Assembly is different from the previous ones, but the social backbone of it will remain unchanged," he noted.
Peskov avoided mentioning any details, merely suggesting to wait for the day of the presidential address.
Putin will address both houses of the Federal Assembly on December 1.
