Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia has taken into consideration all the legal aspects before building the Kerch bridge.
"We can definitely say that any discussions ended a long time ago and the construction of the bridge is under way. All aspects from the viewpoint of international law had been taken into consideration and taken into account when the decision was made," TASS cited Peskov as saying.
Yesterday the head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov said that from the legal viewpoint it would be better to build an underground tunnel instead of a bridge.
