Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented on the proposal of the Prime Minister of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu on the establishment of channels of military communication. According to him, such channels already existed and didn't prevent the Russian Su-24 bomber crash.
He said that these channels didn’t work and not through the fault of the Russian side.
