Sending peacekeepers to the zone of the Karabakh conflict is possible only with the consent of Armenia and Azerbaijan, the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov said on October 3.
“Peacekeepers can only enter with the consent of the two sides,” said a Kremlin spokesman, Pledge Times reported.
