Russian President Vladimir Putin will be certainly present at the opening match of the World Cup, his spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"So far I can tell you with confidence that the president, of course, will visit the opening of the World Cup," Interfax quotes him as saying.
Answering the question, what other matches of the World Cup the Russian leader is going to visit, Peskov explained: "Everything will depend on how the situation develops.”
