The Kremlin and other economic departments are keeping an eye on the price of oil, but it is too early to come to any conclusions, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
“Everyone in the Kremlin and the economic departments is paying close attention to the changes in oil prices," he noted.
"No one is coming to any hasty conclusions according to ‘Mondays or monthlies', because we all see that the dynamics are considerably unstable and at times mixed,” Interfax cited Peskov as saying.
