Former State Minister, Secretary General of the 'Free Democrats', Alexi Petriashvili, who was injured in an assassination attempt, underwent another operation this morning, his wife Eka Mishveladze informed.
She specified that during the first operation, doctors were unable to remove the bullet which had damaged his intestines, and therefore repeated surgical intervention was required.
Mishveladze also made an appeal to the law enforcement agencies to reclassify the case on the attack on her husband from premeditated damage to health to attempted murder, Georgia Online reports.
