The Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation has provided splendid conditions for Kazakhstani gymnasts, Kazakh gymnast Pirmamed Aliyev said today in an interview with a correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza at the sidelines of the Trampoline and Tumbling World Cup in Baku.
“We were preparing for this competition very seriously, we had two-week training camp here. The AGF provided great conditions, everything was fine, ”he said.
“In Baku, there is also some special support, it comes out here in a completely different way, and this is immediately felt. It is much easier to perform in Baku than in other cities. We were here before and sometimes even won,” Pirmamed Aliyev said.
The World Cup in Trampoline and Tumbling is set to run from February 16 to 17 in Baku. Some 200 gymnasts from 30 countries will take part in the championship.
