The Vice President of the European Commission, Valdis Dombrovskis, announced that the EC has adopted an action plan to strengthen the fight against the financing of terrorism.
He noted that the actions were based on three priorities. "Preventing and tracking financial flows that could potentially be linked with the financing of terrorism, the destruction of the sources of profit of terrorists, as well as the strengthening of international cooperation,'' RIA Novosti cites the Vice President of the European Commission as saying.
