During a visit to the Kemerovo Region, the Azerbaijani ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu has met Aman Tuleyev, the governor of the Kemerovo Region.
After the meeting the diplomat noted that the head of Kuzbass is respected in Azerbaijan from the time of his friendship with the national leader of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev. The country also remembers the work of Aman Tuleyev as Minister for Cooperation with the CIS Countries, and appreciates his great personal contribution to the development of Azerbaijani-Russian relations.
