The main task in the process of settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is the withdrawal of the Armenian Armed Forces from the occupied territories, the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu said, answering the question about prospects of strengthening of the OSCE mission in the conflict zone.
"The top priority task is to resolve the conflict on the basis of a phased settlement. Its result is the restoration of our territorial integrity. The Armenian occupation forces must be withdrawn from the occupied territories. Strengthening of international monitoring is necessary only in this case,'' Moskovsky Komsomolets cites Polad Bulbuloglu as saying.
