A poll conducted by the Research Center of the SuperJob.ru website showed that 38% of Russians with higher education don't work in their specialty.
The number of those who don't work in their specialty is especially high among recent university graduates - 54% of citizens under the age of 24.
Most often, psychologists work in their specialty (75%), as well as teachers (72%), accountants (69%), economists (53%), system administrators (47%).
Sales managers (71%), account managers (69%), logistics and procurement managers (54%), designers (50%), HR managers (42%) mostly don't work in their specialty.
