Poroshenko: EU didn't impose sanctions against Russia to harm Russians

Today at a press conference on the results of 2015, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that international sanctions were imposed against Russia in order to restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

"We're not going to impose trade sanctions to make the Russian Federation or the Russian people worse off. We are going to restore the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine. The Minsk agreements are directed at this,'' RIA Novosti reports.
