Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will pay a state visit to Georgia on July 17-19.
Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili will host an official welcome ceremony for Poroshenko on July 18, at the Avlabari Presidential residence.
According to the press service of the Ukrainian president, the program of the visit also includes meetings of Poroshenko with Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili and Chairman of the Georgian parliament Irakli Kobakhidze.
During the visit, it is planned to sign a number of bilateral documents aimed at deepening strategic cooperation between Ukraine and Georgia, Interfax reported.
In addition, the presidents of Ukraine and Georgia will open a business forum in Tbilisi.
