Russia should decide by the end of the year about restructuring the Ukrainian state debt.
This statement was made today by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko at a press conference after talks with IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde.
"Talks took place today. We don’t expect a default. Russia should decide by the end of the year whether together with commercial creditors it conducts a separate position as public debt,’’ RIA Novosti cites Poroshenko.
