Armenian Armed Forces from positions located in the direction of the settlements of Yukhary Shorja of Basarkechar district and Noravan of Garakilse district on the Azerbaijani-Armenian state border shelled positions of the Azerbaijani army located in the direction of the settlements of Zeylik of the Kalbajar district and Akhmedli of the Lachin district, according to the press service of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
The shelling took place periodically from September 6, 19:50 (GMT+4) up until 01:20 on September 7.
The Azerbaijani army units took adequate countermeasures.
