The head of Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratyev has instructed the director of the legal department of the regional administration Alexander Shein to introduce the post of Commissioner for farmers' rights. The corresponding order was announced after today's convention of Krasnodar farmers.
"The commissioner for farmers' rights should pursue policies, which we are to develop together at meetings," Kondratiev told farmers.
