Post of Financial Ombudsman may be introduced in Azerbaijan

The post of Financial Ombudsman may be introduced in Azerbaijan under the auspices of the Association of Banks of Azerbaijan (ABA).

The sides considered the Regulation and the rules of the Financial Ombudsman’s work at an enlarged meeting of ABA's Presidium, as well as examined a possibility for introduction of international experience in this sphere, abc.az reports.

The matter of an expert group on the financial literacy was also considered.
