The ‘Mail of Russia’ delivery company will commemorate the memory of the murdered Russian ambassador to Turkey, Andrey Karlov, through release of a postage stamp, the company's press service said.
The release is scheduled for February 2017.
On December 19, 2016, Karlov was killed by Turkish off-duty police officer Mevlut Mert Altintas at an art gallery exhibition opening in Ankara.
