Most of the capital of South Ossetia, Tskhinvali, was cut off electricity due to a fire, the EMERCOM of the Republic reported.
The fire broke out at the electrical substation in the ‘Shanghai’ district. Already for about 20 minutes, it is dark in the city and there are no lights other than car headlights, " RIA Novosti reports.
