President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has met with President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who is on a working visit in the country, AZERTAC reports.
The presidents hailed the successful development of friendly and fraternal relations between the two countries based on strategic partnership.
The sides noted the importance of the high level meetings in expanding cooperation, and expressed confidence that the bilateral ties would continue to expand.
The presidents also highlighted the importance of the 7th Global Forum of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, which is taking place in Baku, and noted that the event contributed to international cooperation.
