Russian President Vladimir Putin sent his condolences to his Afghan counterpart Mohammad Ashraf Ghani in connection with the attack in Kabul, which resulted in more than 80 people killed, the Kremlin press service reported.
"The Russian president has strongly condemned this cynical crime against civilians, and confirmed the readiness to continue the very active cooperation with the government and people of Afghanistan in the fight against all forms of terrorism,’’ Zvezda leads the message.
