The President of the Swiss Confederation Doris Leuthard has arrived in Georgia on an official working visit today, the press service of the Georgian head of state reported.
Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili will host Leuthard at an official welcoming ceremony at the Presidential Palace today, which will be followed by a meeting between the two presidents.
The meeting will be followed by a press conference during which Margvelashvili and Leuthard will answer questions of local and foreign media, Agenda.ge reported.
During her two-day visit to Georgia, the President of Swiss Confederation will also meet with the Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili and Parliamentary Chairperson Irakli Kobakhidze.
