Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko held the one-on-one meeting in Minsk. After which they were joined by their delegations for a meeting in an expanded format.
Following the expanded meeting, a ceremony of signing documents has been held with participation of the presidents.
