Expert of the Russian Finance Ministry Alexander Sakovich said that in 2015 the average price of Urals petroleum mix, under which the Russian Federation supplies oil abroad, was $51.23 per barrel. The expert recalled that in 2014 the same figure was $97.6 per barrel.
A much more severe drop in the price of Urals was experienced in December: $36.42 per barrel in comparison with $61.07 per barrel in December 2013.
Russia's state budget for 2016 was developed on the basis of $50 per barrel, RIA Novosti reports.
