Principal burns down school in Kelbajar region

The principal of a school in the Kelbajar region, which returns under Azerbaijan’s control tomorrow and is voluntarily left by the supporters of the Karabakh occupation, burned down the building of the educational institution before leaving for Armenia.

The relevant video was published by Armenian media.

On November 9, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a joint statement on the complete cessation of hostilities in Karabakh.
