The migration problem that has engulfed the European Union is associated with the attempts to overthrow Muammar Gaddafi and Bashar al-Assad, the Head of the State Duma's International Affairs Committee Alexey Pushkov expressed this opinion today.
"The European Union builds fences, puts Mounted Police forward, uses tear gas against migrants. Yes, they should not have bombed Gaddafi or tried to overthrow Assad," gazeta.ru quoted the parliamentarian as saying.
