Russia's withdrawal from the treaty on the International Criminal Court is natural, member of the Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security Alexey Pushkov said today.
According to him, in the 1990s - early 2000s, Russia agreed on a number of international obligations, which many other world powers didn't do.
