Russian President Vladimir Putin has said the Kerch bridge must be built on time by the end of 2018.
‘‘The sea ports of the Crimea can begin completely working only after the Kerch bridge is built across the strait. And I hope that the construction period won’t be extended. By the end of 2018 this strategic facility must be completed,’’ Tass cites the President’s words at a meeting on the development of transport infrastructure in southern Russia.
