Putin adopts decree on counter-sanctions of Russian Federation

President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on economic response to the unfriendly actions of foreign countries. The document is published on the official website of legal information.

The decree prohibits making transactions and fulfilling obligations to foreign individuals and legal entities subject to retaliatory sanctions, as well as exporting raw materials and products from Russia in favor of such persons.

The document also instructs the government to draw up a corresponding list within 10 days.

The document will remain in force until special economic measures are lifted.
