Russian President Vladimir Putin and former Prime Minister of Italy Silvio Berlusconi briefly stopped in Yalta on their way to Massandra.
There they visited the famous Massandra palace, after which they had a tour of the production and agricultural association Massandra, which CEO Yanina Pavlenko led for them, she spoke about the history of Crimean winemaking, and the rich collection of wine stored in the basements of the association.
After that, at the personal request of Silvio Berlusconi, a degustation of local products was arranged, RIA Novosti reported.
