Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of the European Council Charles Michel on Tuesday, according to the Kremlin press service.
The leaders continued the discussion on Russia’s actions in Ukraine, as well as humanitarian issues, including measures to evacuate civilians.
Vladimir Putin laid out his principled assessments of the ongoing talks between Russian and Ukrainian representatives on an agreement that would take into account Russia’s earlier demands.
