Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said that he plans to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the World Energy Congress in Istanbul. They will discuss the situation on the world oil market.
According to reports, the head of Venezuela will soon depart to Turkey at the invitation of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
"We will hold a working meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, we fight for stability of the world oil market," Maduro said.
