Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko told U.S. National Security Advisor John Bolton at talks in Minsk today that he wanted to reset ties between Washington and Minsk.
Bolton became the highest-ranking U.S. official to visit Belarus in the past 20 years, TASS reported.
