Putin and Nazarbayev congratulate each other on Victory Day

Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation with his Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev. Such a message is published on the Kremlin website.

"The leaders exchanged congratulations in connection with the forthcoming celebration of the Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War," it says.

The parties discussed preparations for the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council scheduled for May 14 in Sochi.
