Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping have begun talks via a closed video conference line (VC).
The agenda includes bilateral relations, as well as regional and other issues.
Let us note that these talks are the first ones since Xi Jinping was re-elected as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC Central Committee) in October.
