Today Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the deputy of Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Mikhail Zabelin Order of Friendship, the decree was published on the official web portal of legal information.
The official awarding wording is "for his great contribution to the strengthening of friendship and cooperation with the Russian Federation."
