During the Russian President’s visit to the Sirius educational center for gifted children in Sochi, Vladimir Putin personally congratulated the Acting Governor of Kuban, Veniamin Kondratyev.
The President expressed his gratitude to the head of the region for the assistance to the Sirius center and presented him with a watch.
"You have done a lot for this center, but you can do more,’’ RIA Novosti cites Putin as saying.
