According to Ramzan Kadyrov, Vladimir Putin has asked in detail about the circumstances of the traffic accident, the state of the victims and the measures taken to provide them with medical care. In addition, the President instructed the head of the Ministry of Health, Veronika Skvortsova, to take measures to help victims in Moscow clinics, if the need arises.
